Your Rate May Vary...

YRMV...a reality in the MP world..

it's a fact that rates for the same SP for similar services vary from pooner to pooner..

Now, we pooners are always curious about how much other guys are getting it for, and what extras come with what price (ya want fries wid dat,..super size on de coke??)..

I'm relatively sure that all of us, at one point in time or the other, have found out that our fave has been offering up more services to other guys for a lower rate.

Can some of you guys share with our forum how you've reacted when you found that out??

I know dat i was plenty sad and disappointed, at first.. but then, i figured out dat there are other pooners who are mo generous, mo charming and mo suave and debono dan me, an i just keep on hoppin over to de next lovely lady..

I reacted like an idiot and questioned the SP about it. Huge mistake and I learned a valuable lesson. She explained in no uncertain terms it wasn't my business and if my rate was in question for the service she provided then things were not going to work.

Now I don't care to know what services or rates other guys might be getting. If I am happy with my rate and the service received then I'm content. I still sometimes get frustrated if no deals or extras are offered when my visits get more frequent, but that just brings me back to the age old debate over pricing. If I don't like the price I can simply go somewhere else, negotiating has never turned out to be a good idea when I've tried.

I think this happens most with initial visits. The first time I've gone in, I was offered a limited menu for a set fee, but as the session wound up, those restrictions were slowly being offered up. Second time around, and the inclusive price contained more menu items.

I wouldn't call myself suave. Sarcastic, more like it; cynical, definitely... so I can't see my stunning personality winning too many SPs over.

I wonder if you can get quoted more/less depending on how you present yourself to some SPs. Walk in looking like you have money, and she quotes $300 GFE. Walk in looking like you just moved here from Brampton, and she quotes $250 GFE.

And of course, when there's one hottie working with two barkers, I bet the hottie's prices spike.

when i first started pooning,..man..i was so dumb i would hit the ff..ing roof..i'd be PMing other guys asking...what'd u get it for? did she offer u dis or did she offer u dat??..how long a time did she give u??..

looking back at it from a perspective of some time having passed, that was some sick shit, man..

but the perspective that helped me best to come to terms wid it came from a poster who was intensely disliked...he posted "her menu with me is her menu with me...and nobody else's business"...so, i put 2 and 2 together and came up with...ta da.."her menu with other guys is her menu with other guys..and none of my business"...trin's parents dint raise no dummies.

since den, it don't phase me none when other guys post dey're getting more services for less dough.. next time i goes in to see de gal, i be in competition to see if i be get even more dan before..

I never even thought to compare rates with anyone else. Mind you, I just started using forums for this stuff late last year. Regardless... most SPs are YMMV for various reasons. Some being client hygiene and respect given to them by you.

I certainly never debate with the SP about rates. If they give me a rate, I could care less if Joe paid $$.6 and I am paying $$.8 I hope that is not the case, but won't start bothering the SP about it.

What happens between you and her is just that: between you two. Dont worry about what another guy is getting. When was the last time your were concerned about what someone else was not getting? Just enjoy and if more is thrown in, well, even more to enjoy I guess!

To me negotiating with the ladies is like trying to negotiate with my dentist or barber. Is just does not work for me.

So, I usually ask, then accept or politely decline. If she chooses to reduce her rate thats up to her.

Not saying this is right, but just what I am comfortable with.

Some times declining does get a better offer... some times, some rare rare times.

What I don't like is going to a parlour, and the girl saying, "well, how much do you want to spend?" Some chickypoo at Classix, and one at XTC did that to me not too long ago. Nothing, I say. I don't WANT to spend anything; we're in a recession, I got let go not too long ago, and had to take a lower-paying shit job. I want a couple sympathy freebies.

Enh, maybe I'll get the wife drunk and rent a movie with George Clooney in it, then jump her when she's all hot and bothered and not thinking clearly.

Rates can vary; menus can vary; ease of booking can vary...

People favour people they know and they like. It's normal business and happens in every area of life.

I know I have had a girl cancel an appointment with someone else because she'd rather see me and I'm guessing the opposite likely has happened too. Other girls won't see me because I'm unknown to them. I've read reviews where the rate in the review was less than I paid the same week for the same girl - it sucks, but it's life.

Life's not fair - there's no reason to expect everyone will be treated the same.

Maybe it's just me, but when I've seen an SP a number of times and pay $250-$300 per her request, then only find out from another dude that he paid $50 less than me on his initial visit with her, I get a bit pissed off. It gets me to thinking that my patronage is not very appreciated, and subsequentially I've stopped seeing a few gals for this very reason.
