Bad place if its not legit. Its right in front of a high school, kids are always hanging around the area. Even google maps u can see kids just sitting in the plaza outside

There is an indoor food court in that plaza. Kids will be there all day eating lunch.

I remember back when I lived montreal.
A daycare opened up 5 or 6 business doors from a well established massage parlor ub Brossard . Needless to say the parlor closed within 6 months from parents complaining. Very possible the same might happen to them.
