I’m curious for all to chime in especially the MPAs.
is the belief that service level will get better with repeated visits (loyalty incentive) or as comfort level increases MPA need to perform is gone
I guess it’s a free for all on this topic but Ive encountered both but there’sa lot of nuance here too. First time has its own special excitement or the hook is in doesn’t matter what I do he’ll come back. Or who knows what fukn day it is assembly line mentality.
