Seems Jack health has gone down hill over the years. Originally heard of them from this forum and ordered from them with no issues precovid. More recently tried to order with them and haven't received any shipments or replies to my emails inquiring when it would be shipped. This has spanned over 2 weeks already. Contemplating requesting a charge back with my credit card soon if I don't receive anything from them.

Anyone else having issues with them?

I wonder that myself, but they're also affiliated with a pharmacy so I wouldn't think so. Maybe a change in management

I also made an order August 1. No shipment or replies. I only ordered because of their sale

Never used…but I do with Felix. No issues at all, if you need a new provider.

Never used…but I do with Felix. No issues at all, if you need a new provider.

Might need to, if OP did not get his order, I may need to switch as well. is this Felix website easy to deal with ?

Very. Not sure what your situation is, but it has a monthly refill system. My coverage doesn’t cover a full years worth of dick pills, sadly lol. But you can stop and start the auto refill anytime you want.
I believe I did have to take a pic of my ID and a selfie.

Uploaded ID and selfie. Never had any issues previously. Did finally receive an email 2 1/2 weeks later saying they were dealing with a higher than normal volume and shipment will be going out shortly. Will have to see, at least there's a response now

Got a response yesterday. Saying they had to move databases so lost previous info. So had to answer all these questions again.

Hmmm, that feels like a standard "stretch out the answer" type of reply...........would sure love to hear if anyone does receive their order before I order a refill from them, may have to use alternatives until then.........

got it after 4 weeks. with that response time I don't think I'm going to use them again. Or I'll order way in advance
