The only 2 complaints I had was I thought I booked with Ava, and Ava wasn’t even there. It also wasn’t addressed when I got there. I assumed, at least, “sorry for the misunderstanding” or “sorry, Ava had to leave for the day”. Instead, the girl just introduced herself to me, and I had to decide to see her or not. No complaints, though. As I said, the service was great.

The second complaint is that there's only one shower for the entire facility. You have to leave your massage room to use it. While it's not the worst scenario since there could be no shower at all, it's somewhat awkward to walk around the place in a towel, unsure if you'll run into anyone.

I don't think they will last in that building. It's not discreet at all if you are going outside of the usual business hours that all of the other businesses in there operate on. Like if you go in the evening and you're the only car parked there when there's really not supposed to be anything open that you'd expect, it's kind of suspicious as hell lmao.
