@Lalallala I agree with Hornet: tax audits will work, but up to a certain point. There are certainly some flaws when it comes to holding certain entities accountable - there is absolutely no question about that. Regular guys like you and me will get notices for not paying up, but there are definitely big-money groups (either Canadian or foreign-based) that are regularly using loopholes to get away with money under-the-table. And as much as I sympathize with some of these girls, they will forever be connected to the sex trade - and we're currently in a trade war with China (no doubt).
