Friends, if you have had a bad experience at BMR, we are deeply sorry. We are sure that sometimes we make mistakes. We have 8-9 girls working every day. There are many appointments every day, too many calls, and limited rooms. Sometimes there will be confusion. I am really sorry. We will definitely work hard to improve. If there is a problem, we will correct it. We are not perfect, but most of the girls at BMR work very hard. We are not lying. The schedules of these working girls do change sometimes. They will change their plans temporarily due to menstrual periods or family situations. Most of the girls here only work at BMR, and some are on duty every day. Why? Because the income is stable, because our team is loving, because we have many repeat customers, why do our customers keep coming back, because we have an excellent team. If we were really as unbearable as you said, we would not have such a good business. Thank you for all the guests who support and understand BMR. We will definitely work hard. @BMR spa I really don’t appreciate your tactics. You keep running the same sorry excuses all day long. It’s not just me - you really need to take a long hard look at the comments on your forum to understand that there is genuine dissatisfaction from multiple customers. Some of the patrons are not just “unhappy” - they are pissed off. You cannot just pretend that your spa is normal, and that most of your attendants intend on serving well. The only reason why you banned me is because you & your management don’t want to address the situation in a constructive manner. It takes more than just words and apologies. I could ban dissenters on this thread, but luckily for you & others, I actually have a code of ethics. Please do your job. We can all make posts online - there’s nothing special about that.

I know we have problems, I will try to correct them, I am always on the road of learning, I know whether our business is normal or not, and the customers know it even better. You can come to see how many customers keep coming back every day. Really? Which spa out there is offering “eye cleaning” and “ear cleaning” services while they have roaches frequenting their premises? This is some delusional shit. Being banned is NOT the biggest concern here - because I have been banned before (by morons like krayjee). And now, krayjee prays for me to bump his stupid threads. However, for his spas, the problem is him (not the girls - most of the time). In this case, with the exception of Angela & few veterans, most of the girls are parasites! So, actions speak louder than words. There needs to be some disaster control. Thanks!

but I have seen roaches at Golden Wellness 101.
Not interested in taking Bugs of any kind home with me.

Indian MPAs in general are not good service providers.
I would have to agree with the poster whatever his agenda is.
Stopped going to Blue Moon for that reason.

Yup, yup, yup... the typical response we get from promoters is: "Why are you being so negative? We are doing so well (in spite of your feedback). We still have so many customers everyday... (only to post the same crappy photos all over again)" Haven't we heard this before? It seems like a leaf taken out of krayjee's textbook. 😒 This game is getting old.

The fact of the matter is: Your ban has now further emboldened critics to come out of the woodwork. Just admit that your business strategy is flawed. If you are having to post in my thread more often (compared to your own), then you clearly have a weakness i.e. you realize that the negative publicity is gaining traction - and you fear that customers will not continue to visit (and potentially drive away prospective customers). Isn't that why you deleted your initial post on the cockroach infestation & then banned me in the first place? You seem pretty concerned for a promoter who is reaping so many benefits? 😝 This is not a Communist nation. Please refrain some censoring others. Better yet, actually fix the problem for good (instead of being pretentious). Consider yourself lucky that I spend less than 5% of my time overall on this website, otherwise you would be toast.

You & your team seem to be hypersensitive for a business that is thriving. What's the deal anyway? You cannot just demand respect - it needs to be earned. If somebody hates the donuts at Tim Hortons and airs his opinion, you cannot just draw comparisons to Second Cup or Starbucks out of ignorance, you DEAL WITH IT. Focus on your own shit instead of exhibiting jealousy. In this case, the customers are not being unfair to you, but rather YOU ARE BEING UNFAIR TO THEM.

Here we go again! Claiming not to have time to respond, and yet responding anyway (without any substance)? What a politician...
How about lowering the door fees or offering a discount overall? Is there a loyalty bonus? And before you start asking about what happens at other spas: you indeed have something that MANY other spas don't have e.g. cockroaches (not the good stuff).
So, the question arises: how long has it been that you've had roaches at your spa? You must have known about it. (It's not like these eyewitness accounts are coming from individuals who all visited your spa on the same day or even the same month - and the attendants must have been blind to not notice.) What did you do in response? You see: the restaurants next door could get reported for a "Health & Safety" issue if they had such an infestation. But not your spa! You must be so privileged - and you could certainly do more with that privilege. I would highly suggest that you think it over.
