Sir, if this was the case there would be numerous complaints. There are actually 2 manning the calls, if Vava does not answer the call is redirected, plus never had a complaint on the texts. Does your phone have Google? You were already on our street, next time google this if your phone does not work properly. On top of this, was less busy because of the snow, zero reason not to answer.

Always get immediate response from my texts, service is exceptional for booking appointments or getting the days lineup. Yesterday I did a walk in as I was worried traffic would be bad so did not want to be late for a booking. Vava helped out with getting me new girl.
