That was a very well written post with compassion and empathy towards the girls. I suspect you are right because as you know, dirty talking in Chinese is completely different from English. I don't think it's reasonable to expect girls to have a "sex industry dictionary" handy either, so the girls segmenting their market is a sensible approach.
