I didn't even bring it up again and I was happy and saw Michelle again today for 90 minutes. I'm not sure who that guy is but he seriously needs to stop being so defensive. I didn't bad mouth the place at all, but this guy's negativity is something else.

The correct way to handle these things is the same way you handled the photoshopped image question yesterday. Oops. My bad. Won’t happen again. I didn’t think the hot water would be an issue. As for the promotion, just say better communication next time. That would have ended everything. The complaints were valid and addressed and we can move on. The whole going back and forth was not a good look - especially accusing me of fucking up on the dates. Don’t do that again. It’s not a good look.

Never argued with you.I know you came by few so I already told you that I value you as client.When you mentioned dates you should've mentioned it was for kiki appointment and I assumed its from Michelle appointment. Mistake happens sorry about that.
