It's happened to me, also.
If it’s not health problems what cause it don’t worry about it. I am sure no such guy who didn’t or who will not encounter it. You don’t need to feel embarrassed or lose confidence because of it. I can suggest you try to stay cool, don’t show it’s affect you, or you can just make little bit fun off it, most of the time girls will like your positive attitude in that moment and will not look down on you.

I went in for a 30 min medium pressure massage. The masseuse asked what kind of pressure and if i wanted oil? Huh? This is a first for me to be asked for oil. The woman who serviced me I would say is about 5'6" mid thirties to 40ish? A bit more plump than most Asians. She is polite and shy.

The massage wasn't too bad for medium pressure. She didn't do my arms which is fine. Considering only 30 min massage. No time. She rub my legs, my back, and lots of attention to my buttocks.
