Went there this afternoon just to see who was working there (never made appt or did a walk-in). It was the Indian chick who answered the door. No Asians. Only one door that leads up there so I'm unsure if there's a back entrance that leads to 2374 (I only saw one car in the parking lot so that probably kills that theory), or maybe it's just the Indian working there. Either way, Leolist ad is accurate to me.

Where did you park your car? Do they have visitor parking?

I have not been there yet, but did some research on Goggle Maps:
there is paid street parking on both side of Lakeshore Blvd. West.
looks like you can park in the plaza on the north west corner of Lakeshore Blvd. west and Albert Ave.
looks like you can also park in the plaza at 2324 Lakeshore Blvd West.
