You see by this quote you again show that at 35 you still think you know it all, which unfortunately you dont.
I have 4 children from 16 thru to 29 so please dont tell me about the pitfalls of modern society etc because, again young man, I know all about them, probably more than you do actually.
To think that I dont know about these 'new' designer drugs etc is an extreamly naive remark, again showing your inexperience of life, when you have children the age of mine you might then understand the lengths we (fathers) go to understand the pressures of modern life and there temptations, just remember I also live with them myself.
I dont need to go to clubs and parties to know what goes on at them (tho I have seen for myself) because my kids tell me what goes on, so please dont think for a minute that at a mear 35 you know all about everything, even at my age I dont profess to know everything.
In the mid 70's you were about 2 years old, I was 24, so you actually dont know what drugs were around at that time, only probably what you may have read.
As I said previously "a drugs a drug - all of them can, and do, kill the young everyday regardless of the type or year you lived through".
I've seen it first hand and althought the drugs may not have been as strong believe me there were still plenty around that could kill you very easily.
As I have said previously all you 20 and 30 guys do still have to reach my age yet, and its not only drugs that kill the young.
