I didn't mean to come across that way, Tboy...I was just trying to explain how terrifying that moment is for a girl, and that sometimes a terrified person doesn't react in a way that would seem logical.

Maybe that's why the 70 yr old had a plan and was able to react when confronted with this situation.

I for one feel it should be mandatory that girls in high school take self defence/rape avoidance class at least once (like the one a company I worked for offerred to all female employees).

But this all could be moot since he might not have even done anything illegal......
