Advanced reflexolgy courses

Hi Guys,
I need some advice regarding advanced Reflexology training. I quailifed with VTCT last June and have been a practising therapist forone year. I am keen to do some advanced training but want a change from the VTCT. I live in Cambridgehsire so I either need to train locally, or on a short intensive course or multiple one day training over a period of time.
I have been looking at the Middlesex school of complementary medicine (MSCM) and their one day workshops as one option. Also there is a three day advanced course in Brighton with Kristine Walker starting on 15 August listed in the events area of HP.
Any thoughts on either of thoses or any other suggestions.

There are many different courses out there for qualified reflexologists to expand their knowledge and experience. Do you get/have access to the AoR's magazine Reflexions? They always have lots of ads and articles about courses, and if you're not a member you can become a friend member to receive the magazine.

Once you have had a look round at all the different courses, see which ones appeal to you. There are many different approaches and theories within Reflexology and some will resonate with you while other won't. Perhaps some others on here will share which courses they have done/know about and that will give you a starting point to research.

You are really spoiled for choice with reflexology courses. I found some good one day ones at Morley College, which is in London near Waterloo station. There was one on building your confidence as a reflexologist, and one on spinal reflexology. I did these with Renee Tanner, a real 'grande dame' of reflexology, and found both days excellent and good value for money at around £45 each.

Have you heard of Tony Porter's ART? A friend of mine has done the ART days and speaks highly of them.

Enjoy the window shopping and I hope you find something you enjoy. Association of Reflexologists run some very interesting one days seminars and if you have a friend who is a member they can take you along. There is one on Ayurvedic Reflexology coming up.

I've done a few of the Middlesex School's Advanced Reflexology workshops and they are very good. As they are self contained, one day courses, they're easy to cope with if you don't live too near.
