The Baramee Hip hotel, which is nowhere near Baramee Road is a convalescent/rehab hotel for patients who have had a Hip Operation.
So no noise after 9pm and DEFINITELY No Smoking (except for medically prescribed mary jane.)

I hear that the girls who have gone back to the villages to protest have been stranded by the Bangkok floods and can't return for months. I confirmed Baramee Hip Hotel charges joiner fee from 500b-1000b.. I was suppose to stay there for 4 nights but I moved out after the first.. The hotel will say no fees in yr email and but the security guard will force you to hand over before letting you up.. I will suggest U change yr hotel to somewhere nearer Bangla.. Baramee Hip hotel is so far from Bangla and Junceylon..

If you only have 4 days in Phuket your kinda short of time and can only really do a few things.
You should try and go to Phi Phi for the day and then in the evening go to Phuket Fantasea show.
The Muay Thai boxing is not really that good in Patong, but would be worth a view if you or your friends have not seen it before.

With regard to your friend who likes Russian Girls... If I was your friend I would give them a wide berth and stick with the Beautiful Thai Ladies...!

Baramee Hip Hotel has been around for at least a couple of years, last I heard they charge a fee for overnight guests/joiner, 500 or 600 Bt, e-mail them for their policy regarding this, I got a quick reply from them last time.
