I don't think so, the middle east rich royal families. Have you seen them, how ridiculously they spend the oil money.
Have a look at casinos, banking investments & real estate in Europe, it's filled with their money. I was surprised to find out, most Italian cars are imported by Arabs in Middle East.

I was thinking about the brown guys: the east indian types. Mpas are afraid they won’t pay for extras after being served.

Cameras are only permitted at the front entrance as per by-law. I would assume they could stick one in the rear also.
Maybe by having a sign saying that they use cameras negates that by-law or it is like most spas that they ignore rules. Of course if you put up a sign saying cameras are being used, the assumption of privacy is greatly diminished.

Hidden cameras are sometimes used by owners to monitor what is happening on their premises it is in an air bnb or a whorehouse for a variety of reasons. Many whorehouse owners like to know exactly what is happening in the rooms.
