Check out http://www.greenhopeessences.com/ )I'd mainly use the essences to support you in whatever other work you'll be doing. While you're not dependent on anyone else, you said this has been with you a long time, which means it may not necessarily change overnight... sounds like you have a desire to transform it quickly, and working with someone else can sometimes help move it more efficiently than the DIY approach.PS: If you decide to go with some form of talk- or hypno-therapy, consider supporting that work with bodywork like ortho-bionomy, shiatsu, cranio-sacral, or *anything*. Just so you're getting touch along with the rest of it. You can set intentions for shifting your social patterns before any kind of session, even regular ol' Swedish.
