I was wondering if anyone uses a simple (and I mean simple) hand held device to keep track of appointments and client info in lieu of the "paper" appointment book?
I don't need bells and whistles, just something (did I say simple?) that I can easily navigate. I have tried the palm pilot thing years ago and must have input information 4 times (I had problems "syncing" with my computer) - so I gave up on that.
