Thanks for the recommendation, I have just received my first order from them. They were really friendly and very helpful. The bottles look so nice as well, it's so rare to find essestial oil bottles that look good on the shelf, these are a nice shape with a cute label.

Hi guys

Well i have just recieved another order from them, and i can definatley recomend the reflex powders, they smell wonderful and are great to use, i got the orange powder, lavender and peppermint, and they are all fabulous! Smell great!

I have also got the foot gels to use after the powder and they are gorgeous too, they come in a lovely frosted pot and the gel is of very good quality

Anyone else tried these?

I ordered the energising blend which is really lovely, geranium, juniper and orange yum! I havent ordered anymore as of yet, because i want to wait till nearer the time when i am goin to set up because obviousley pre-blended have a shorter shelf life, but im goin to order others.

It all depends on how many people you roughly think you will be treating, but i would say getting 200ml size is a good place to start, and see how long those last for.

This is a never ending debate and not one worth entering to any great level in my experience.[/align][/align]Its certainly true that to some degree you get what you pay for. Its also true that in retail pack sizes between cost of the oil in bulk and retail price in a bottle there is a shed load of potential margin and hence a lot of room for suppliers to cut margins depending on the chain involved , their margin expectations and their overall volume / buying power.[/align][/align]Yes sandalwood oil has trebled in cost from India and that increase will be filtering thru to the retail end I am sure. There are other more sustainable options such as Australian material on offer althouigh we accept that even from Australia there are ecological issues but less so than from India.[/align][/align]There are also plenty of examples of sellers offering materials even at retail prices where they simply can't be genuine oils based on industrial volume prices in bulk being higher than the pro-rata retail bottled price presented. [/align][/align]If however you take an extreme example of say orange oil sweet from Brazil. Even with world market levels fluctuating the oil is rarely less than £1.00kg for large volume bulk shipments (72 x 172kg drums) and equally it rarely exceeds £3.00kg even in the worst shortage situations. If one equates this to a 10ml bottle then the essential oil at volume price equates to £0.01 to £0.03 per bottle. On the basis we sell to smaller users at perhaps £5.00 - £9.00 per kg depending on order size the max value of a 10ml bottle is unlikely to be more than £0.09 to a brand owner at retail level. The cost of bottling it and of supplying the bottle / cap and dropper is perhaps £0.20 plus a few pence for the label and afew pence for distribution / packaging etc. Certainly we would sell a 10ml bottled orange oil perhaps for 25 - 35p each to a private label client. If you said that at retail level few oils fall below £1.99 inc VAT then the percentage of the retail price that actually relates to the bulk oil cost is perhaps 0.5 - 5% so clearly lots of other issues apart from the bulk oil must be implicit in the retail price and margin ![/align][/align]This is less obvious on the more expensive items of course as people tend to look not just at margin but also at actual value of that margin. Whatever one made on say orange oil you would need to sell a lot of bottles before you generate the same margin in doing so as one would generate by selling say Rose Absolute where assuming price simply doubled from our bulk price to retail it would mean perhaps £15 margin on a single 10ml bottle.[/align][/align]All retail brand owners have their position and how they calculate their margin and the value of their position is their choice. We are not brand owners so we simply quote our prices based on our cost prices for the volume we buy and our calculations as to the margin we need to make our side to cover costs and make a profit.[/align][/align]I would certainly contend that whilst there is undoubtedly low cost and low quality material on the market it is certainly possible to pay between £2.99 and £9.99 for lots
