Yes Chris, to the right ( facing it) of the new Thai outdoor venue you mention is a wide drive/entry way , and maybe 80 to 100 metres up, on the right, is a new a/c building with virtually no windows....as described to me, this is the place.
I meant to ride in tonight to get its name but with some pasta and wine beckoning, completely forgot...

The Green Devil has large hordings adorning it on Bangla, the pic resembles a cross between Shrek and The Incredible Hulk, with horns, and the lift is indeed a construction cage sort of lift, mounted on the outside....

It has cage dancing, 100 baht beers and 150 baht LDs and no dancer is allowed to ask for drinks apparently.
The boys who took the tour said it was done out well....

Now I'M confused after LiLs post.
Mickey Mouse Bar had a One and Two, opposite each other as Centre bars in SSDragon. On the side was def Monica Bar...Mossimo and his slaggy Missus owned them all.
I last saw him nutting off to a rep. of the Soi owner about the 'renovations' killing his lucrative Italian August vacation trade, and it was called Monicas then.
So obviously he moved the name ( which BTW I believe Monica is his daughters name.)
I was also told that what was once above SW1 had moved to the unused top floor of the old Monicas.

Of course the bgs dont like that service... its 'out there' and its too streamlined to get punters buying drinks and thinking they have a g/f experience...

Anyway, Im in Phnom Penh, but think I can be included into an opening nite drink on Friday Mr Damaz....

The signs have been pulled down and only the board type one that sits on the ground is left and it says "Mcikey Mouse Bar".

As stated in previous post,BJ bar is now directly opposite where it use to be and is much cleaner and nicer and has hard walls between cubicles now.
