Incidentally, my mate told me that after he lost his pair, the three houses he had bought for his Rosie suddenly did not seem like such a smashing good idea anymore. But when he contacted both the Customer Service and the Legal Dept. he was only greeted with a shrug. There might be a potential law suit looming here…
