It would suck if it was published but I read 3 Toronto papers and have never seen such a list.

Arrggggg..... Any place that offers so much as an HJ or a release, whether they are licensed or not is ILLEGAL, if LE can prove that those acts constitute a Bawdy House charge. A license does not give any business the right to break the Criminal Code of Canada - and any place, whether licensed or not, that offers sexual services of any has the potential to be charged as a Bawdy House. I really wish that people would stop assuming that just because a place is licensed that it is off the radar in terms of being charged.

Couldn't the argument be made that police busts of MP's may exacerbate the "problem" of prostitution? For example, if a known MP gets busted, the market is not going anywhere. People will just search for incall locations that are less likely to be busted. When this happens, the city in question loses touch with the MP's they are supposed to be licensing. Isn't it better to just let them go about business and not allow the business to go underground which could open up a whole slew of new problems?
