HAWAII SPA...Shiatsu style massage with no oil....great. Slurpy, wet bbbjcim.... good. Being wiped down with wash cloth and developing a hot red rash on scrotum and penis, on the areas I was wiped down with the hot water rinsed wash cloth.....really bad.

Still have a rash two weeks later and still using antibacterial and antifungal ointment.

Embarrassing having to show my balls and explain to my doctor.

I will now avoid this place in the future.

I have been to Hawaii many many times to see Linda and Coco, and never have any problem at all. But of course, I never relied on wash cloth. I always took a shower when I was done with either of them.

Avoid hot towels at all spas , fungal infections are common, you need a steroid cream to clear it up ..ALL SPAS ! , they don’t use bleach and most just hang dry

Hold on a second. After reading this again, I'm thinking, the anti-bacterial ointment might make your rash even worse, especially on your balls, which would have very sensitive skin. Does this ointment contain a steroid? What did your doctor say? Was this ointment prescribed by your doctor?

No anti bacterial, no 1% hydrocortisone cream (irritated the area more) only 1% clotrimazole antifungal cream.
