well...I went to the place yesterday...I had a provider, Mimi, who was decent looking but the minute she walked through the door she had her hand out for the donation. Stated $200 right off the bat, and I told her I was told $100. She was like "for massage, TS only..you want FS $200" I told her that if I wanted to pay that much I would have gone to their competitors down a few blocks where the service is MUCH better and the $$ more reasonable. She then lowered it to the standard $160 for HH. The time was ok with me because I had to be somewhere soon anyway...anyway she told me to get undressed and then left...then took me to TS area (not a bad TS BTW...she got into all the "cracks and crevises"...lol) and then dried me off..walked me back to the room..told me to lay down..then LEFT again....came back then to CBJ..good one at least..did some digital probing..heh..was thinking of asking for admission to the Trident Knights but alas that was not to be this time around..lol..then to MS, and CG...I busted finally..she cleaned me off then told me to get dressed...I dressed myself mostly and she helped me with my socks and tied my sneakers..lol..and then I got my "card" where the 5th visit is on the house..
here's the breakdown:
PROS:
-large areas- The rooms in this place are HUGE. The open rooms I did see passing by to the one I was entering all were big enough for a massage "bed", a futon type sofa, the usual stereo system to play music to get serviced by, and still spacious enough to walk around a bit..no claustophorbic feelings here.
-TS area- HUGE as well...enough room for a TS and a standing shower and still plenty of room to spare.
-Providers- the ones I saw were all good looking though some were obviously "enhanced"
CONS:
-Seemed too "mechanical"
-Definitely clock watching in the place
-the area is ok but its almost obvious where you are heading to once you have access to the building where its located at
-mamasan was not too security minded about giving out address to the place right off the bat...
-its supposed an AMP but at no time did I even get a massage

I guess I've been spoiled by VC...the girls there were all very friendly BEFORE they got the donation, they took their time about things, service always seemed their priority even if it was for HH, no clock watching...and if there was it was very subtle, all the girls I had the pleasure of enjoying at VC helped me get dressed instead of just watching...this is a definitely plus for them and why I keep returning..
all in all, the place is ok..I've been spoiled by VC so maybe I'm biased but I don't think I would return to the place unless VC had long term plumbing problems...

I went in, paid the $80 cover. Included massage and Table Shower. Started w/ TS. My first time, I did not know what to expect, and I really enjoyed it. Then I rec'd a decent massage. I was offered everything, prices ranged from $40 for HJ to $100 for FS. I did not opt for FS and left very satisfied. This place is a nice find and open 24h.

They are still advertising as Beach Spa as well using

I visited Beach again the other night around 10:00 P.M. I was met at the door by a very cute woman in her late 30s. They keep the front door locked so you cannot just walk in.

I had a great table shower where she used only her hands, and gave good attention to the boys.

Back in the room she gave a decent massage, and after 30 minutes started the light touch. There was some negotiation which was very business like. We decided on $100 for a nude BJ. I had to get up and pay, which I hate.

She excused herself, returned, and stripped. She started at my neck with her tongue and worked her way down including a little light biting of the sack. She did the mouth in condom trick, which was my fault since I hadn’t specified BBJ, which was what I go last time without asking.

On 5th between 31 and 32, second floor. The facility is brand new and divided into sections for men and women. I went in around 11:00 P.M about 10 days ago.

I got a lady in her 40s who was not a looker, but gave a really decent massage. I'm sorry, I don't remember her name. The usual interrogation about where do you live and what do you do?

She dimmed the lights and shut the door all the way before starting the light touch. On the flip, she popped her top and dropped her pants at my request, but not all the way; no insertion.

She tried Russian, but it was just not working for me. It took a good deal of gentle persuasion but I was able to negotiate a BBBJ. She was quite good and used limited hand support with appropriate suction. However, she was able to judge, without any prompting from me, the exact moment to draw back, so no CIM.

They want to keep a veneer of legitimacy, so there is not a standard menu and YMMV.
