Look at the massage parlour's closing hours. If they close at midnight or 1 a.m, you will get a good menu. If they close at 9:00 p.m. every night, I would look elsewhere. If the first lady that greets you looks and dresses sexy, you will probably get a good menu. If she is dressed more business-professional like, probably not.

Use your natural sense of observation.

I offered her a very nice tip but she still declined. I didn't ask again after that. She finish the massage and I gave her a reasonable tip and said goodbye.

Moral of the story, don't be afraid to ask for what you want. The worst thing that can happen is they decline your request. Probably most of the hobbyists dream of convincing a legit masseuse to do it for the first time.

This is a nicely set up place similar to E&M but without the happy ending on the 2 times I was there. The ladies there are not bad looking except the very big receptionist who asked me blunt you came here for massage, why do you need to see the girls...lol. The problem was you have to take who ever next in line. They won't even let you look at the other girls.
