I do the same as the Dr. I shower first, and then head to an MP. Then when the deed is done I go home and shower.
When I went to the Sates the MP attendents there required you to either have a table shower (they soap you up and rinse you off on a water proof table, I would pay though the nose for this in T.O.) or a conventional shower. They just made it clear that a shower was required (in a very nice way mind you). And there showers were spottless.
I think that most (except for the very nasty guys) would use the shower if it was.
a. In the room. No offense ladies but we have to keep an eye on our valuables
b. CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN.
So clean the shower and post a sign requiring the the customers shower. OR start with table showers in the states.
Play Safe. But not too Safe.
