I actually doubt it. They keep moving girls from other spas to here - and that's how they do most of their "marketing" (i.e. "oh, this MPA works at this other spa on East Beaver Creek"). And the fellas wonder why they want to see the same girl somewhere else when the room fee is higher? LOL! You will be surprised to learn how many girls quit working here. Well, it depends. Taxes go up, and so does my income. Perhaps, I'd pay the MPA more in terms of "tips", but the room fee is really low on my list of priorities. Just my 2 cents.

Then you may go to another spa charging only $60 per hour. It is a consumer's choice. BN will handle the impact on their business because of the higher room fee.

Mr below AverageJoe, If you have to worry about 10 dollars difference in room fees, you're in the wrong hobby. Serene Ocean has raised their prices since 2 plus yrs ago to 50/60/70 and still doing well. So is HR, and so is GRW. There is no other semi legit spa near BN, no competition and they're doing well with averaging 30 plus customers a day..They did 24 on a very heavy snow day last Sunday when most of the spas in East Beaver were closed. They have girls from I&U, BU, E&M, REinella and EB. Members who lives around there go to see those girls at BN and willing to pay 10 bucks more instead of driving dowm all the way to Markham Richmond Hill in heavy traffic. It saves them time and money on gas. A guy with common sense can easily figure that out.

I do agree with you on that. Even that one was installed about 3 yrs ago cuz I told Coco it's a must to have en-suite showers if girls are doing body slides. So they cut the wall and installed a door to make it look like en suite shower room. Same down stairs.

I just spoke to her . She's thinking of installing one more. They are crazy busy lately with averaging 30 customers a day. One girl alone did 11 customers yesterday. They already got 24 now and a few more hours to go. Nobody gives a shit about room fees.

Since @krayjee did call me out on not writing reviews lately, I guess I will contribute. I saw Michelle this past Saturday. I’ve seen her as Nia at Platinum in the fall and as Vanna at IU and had wanted to see her at GRW but, you know, not wanting to go to any Krayjee promoted spas prevented me. But that’s ignoring the fact that there is some excellent talent at some of the spas he promotes. Anyways, broke the krayjee embargo to see Michelle.

First off, parking here sucks at the best of times. And the snow made it worse. I parked a bit further away and walked to the spa, after which I found out there’s parking in the back. Not sure how accessible it is but it is there for those interested.

one thing I do like about the owner here is that she builds in time in between the appointments so the girl isn’t rushing from one customer. I wanted the 11am appointment but was informed Michelle had a 10-11 and suggested 11:15-12:15 so that Michelle can rest a bit. Seemed like a good idea. Much appreciated. Anyways, the first appointment was late and i didn’t see Michelle until 11:30, which meant I had to shorten my visit to 45 min.

I had just seen Michelle 2 days prior and she gave me an excellent massage, so on Saturday I returned the favour. When I first saw her at platinum I thought she was a bit too much on the boney side for me. But she’s almost normal weight now and I think she looks great. She was pretty happy with my NR and on the flip, we played around a little.
