Both were asian, both spoke pretty decent english, tina is definitely vietnamese (she has an accent). For me making an appointment was pretty easy, just texted her or the spa and asked about availability and went in.

The spa hours im unsure of, i dont think its open as of yet, but Tinas schedule AFAIK is 10-6pm wed thurs (i havent been able to book anything after 7pm)
