Another review to support Newmarket area

Random Friday visit, no call in advance... no ads/website/thread on this forum, have read single review which was not good, but there was Friday mood and troubled neck... decided to give it a try
I've heard it is at least semi legit and I needed neck massage after lots of driving this week.

A bit late, ~5pm, half empty parking...
Door bell... pause... In 2-3 mins asian lady from inside said hi and asked me to follow her.
Usually I prefer morning hours, response is faster, I assume this lady was alone onsite, very quiet...

Big room with 2 massage tables, 2 doors and, ehm, 3*2.5m shower area not properly leveled, so there was a broom to wipe extra water toward drain.
All clean, maybe just a bit unfinished and unorganized

After I showered session started like semi legit... some questions about how I found this place.

Unexpectedly Great massage. Started carefully, adjusted strength, located trouble spots, oil, elbows, strong fingers... RMT+ lvl.
Really. Sport injuries/recovery when I was young + I am visiting RMT on regular basis + practice what I've learnt on my relatives, combining with my hobby, so I know the difference

Direct question... some negotiations for possible extras... ehm... freaking wow, especially for the first visit.

Extended session after fun part... even better massage for properly located trouble spots. Lady was professional, handsome, clean and natural... quite and not very emotional, eyes closed, but followed tips really well.
I've been nice and gentle and it clicked... Repeat 100%

P.S. random 1st visits based on reviews failed 50% before... feels like Universe restored balance

I don’t agree. Sometimes a guy gives positive reviews, nothing strange about that. I don’t feel compelled to meet this woman, so if he is a shill, he’s pretty lousy.

Just curious if Boerie called in advance and asked for specific MPA? I have no idea who else works there, I've seen only 2 ladies and shared my experience.
It is hard to be 100% sure about Asian ladies, but both Tiffany and Lily definitely looked well below 50.
