Only if you are entering the country. I don't believe they check visas status for interstate travel. If the girl has a valid passport, she should be fine.

I think the compensation can be worked out if it is someone you have seen a lot and who is comfortable with you / ideally likes you and who is independent. W/most of these gals working for someone, they could get crucified if it got out that they did this secretly & the fact their employer will be looking for their piece of the action will greatly increase the cost.
