What I'm trying to say is lets not turn this into a "all bylaw officers are evil so lets string him up" type thread. One guy has been charged and nothing has been proven in court yet.

Also, as TeasePlease has pointed out, massageplanet.net has traditionally edited "real" names from enforcement type posts, even if the name is plastered across the front of the Toronto Star.

I meant that she said no to his request for extras during the massage, then he assaulted her, but I re-read the quoted article above which doesn't mention that specifically.

However, I guess he thought she would not report the assault for fear of a trumped up charge, but she did call the cops.

This was at S9 as well. As as I was sitting in the room waiting for the attendant to arrive, a member of Toronto's Finest barged right in the room. Looked at me peered into the shower then left. Nothing said was in and out in 5 seconds. About 10 min later Sara arrived and we had fun

That's what I thought but the article didn't mention that. For now, it's just a possibility. He may simply have gotten away with rape in the past right after showing his credentials during a massage to a fearful MPA. As they say, rape is all about control, and maybe he gets off on that.

The story needs to be expanded upon to make sense since the original poster left out a very important piece of info.

Edward Hayes is a city bylaw officer & does have a uniform & ID card.
He works for licensing renovations and construction.
Everything he did in the massage parlour was his own personal gain & totally outside his job description.

BTW they have photos of the guy posted in all 3 major papers now in case you want to let girls see if they ever had any issue with this guy.

But you did not link any stories which is why I mentioned missing important info.
Sun, Star, NP & many smaller papers all have same story with different variations but including details.
All of them also have the guys photo as well which is why I think linking to an actual story had more benefit than copy & paste.

Either way no harm no foul. I didn't mean to imply it was deliberate or anything.
