snac yeah now they have your picture at the reception with the mention hahahaha Its a joke! yeah La propriétaire is a real pain in the ass... but you made the good thing... charging late fees for 5 min LOL.... I guess she's always on time at ehr appointment...

For thoses who didnt know she was working there few year ago... but my last 2 visit there it was another receptionist...

Another reason why they need camera I guess its because the famous 'la proprietaire' dont want get 'fuck' by the other receptionnist when she's not there... Like declaring 6 clients instead of 8-9 one... (something appenning often in the business)...

I am staying out of most of this, but I want to point out this:

The presence of a camera in the massage rooms may also break the "privacy" as far as LE goes, bringing the issues of solicitation into the game. While I understand that an MP isn't entirely clear and safe from the issues of soliciation, I can only feel that a camera (especially one that is taped or monitored) would take the room into a more public realm.

It would also imply that if you get any extras inside the room, the owners (or their representitive at reception) would be aware, and as such, they would be aware that they are running a common bawdy house.

I can see nothing at all good about this situation.

You are right Oinque, it is illegal to film frontal nudity without consent. However, are we supposed to be nude on the table in the first place? I guess it becomes a catch 22.
All I know for sure is I am not comfortable with cameras, and even if the owners have their reasons, they will never have me as a client.

Excuse my "newbie level" but I never heard of Joventus... is it Acces Jouvance? Did you see by yourself cameras there? Is it at the entrance or in the rooms? What is the report about this place, if any?

i just posted about this in the cinderella thread, I know that a few mps have cameras but like i said the few i know of dont record. They are simply to check up on the girls while they're with us. Make sure we arent hurting them and also i assume to make sure they arent doing "extras".

They're illegal in the US. It's a federal offense to tape someone without their knowledge. It's rarely enforced, though, and IMHO the law is a joke in this day and age.

The camera issue can be resolved otherwise. Saw a report on TV not too long ago, where they featured a small hand-held device that could detect cameras in a room very easily and reliably. A little bit of homework and we can find a surveillance/security retailer that carries the device.

That shouldn't stop anyone. Like thenewguy said, they have to put a sign if they have cameras. Or its illegal. What are they going to do if they find out you got a detector, call the cops?

Now if anyone is 100% sure that any massage parlor's got hidden cameras, please let me know, ill take them to court, bring on the $$$$$$$$
