I understand for your Asperger's mind this is extremely confusing.

We have failed to "agree to disagree" before because of the opposing meanings of the two words used within one sentence; however I am optimistic we can accomplish this with a compromise.

How about every time we refer to "your house" we automatically assume it's your parent's basement, so we don't have to engage in a literal debate about the exact depiction of your place of residence also known as dwelling.

It could be a house, it could be a trailer park, it could be an apartment, or a room in an institution. Henceforth house = Jimmy's place of dwelling.
