That is complete nonsense ignoring current stats. Here is a typical CP24 report, which are all basically the same. The vaccinated with covid heavily outnumber the unvaccinated so they must be doing most of the transmission as well.

The recent numbers testing positive were 14 % for unvaccinated who represent almost 19% of the population and 86% for vaccinated who represent 81% of the population. Today's count for ICU patients was 89 unvaccinated and 47 fully vaccinated but they don't take into account the more than 100 unknown who are all fully vaccinated. The reason is they don't know which vaccine or mix of vaccines were administered so they count them as unknown.

CP24 doesn’t produce their own numbers. They report the numbers provided by the Province and it’s the Province that also produce the severity by vaccination status. Same source. Those are also not estimates, those are actual numbers that have been extrapolated into a meaningful comparative baseline (per million) to show relative risks (odds) levels since the vaccinated people significantly outweigh the unvaccinated people and raw numbers do not paint an accurate picture. You obviously failed math (and likely every other subject) in school.

As more get vaccinated the number of cases attributed to those that are vaccinated, partially, and unvaccinated will change.

imho general getting vaccinated ‘reduces‘ the probability of getting covid, reduces the severity, and spreading to others.
Omicron fortunately seems much milder and given it is so easily transmissible everyone will get it and hopefully we may achieve herd immunity without great cost of lives. Hopefully the next variant will be even weaker.

Anyways all anyone can do is use whatever data is available to make decisions (irrespective of pharma being a business and pushing boosters).

This is a bit of a loaded question. The responses vary, depending on what you're actually asking here.

The vaccinated will heavily outnumber the unvaccinated in terms of COVID infection on an absolute basis because there are far more vaccinated individuals.

If we're speaking on a ratio basis and not in terms of absolute numbers, I'd have to see the evidence that would support this. The other link you provided only stated that, of those testing positive for the Omicron variant specifically, the vaccinated are more likely to test positive than the unvaccinated -- but from looking at the data, it's unclear if that's held constant in terms of likelihood of the vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals getting tested to begin with, and it's also unclear if that means the unvaccinated are more likely to test positive for another variant.

These numbers will not be accurate because the PCR test isn't made to test for disease. Depending on the number of cycles they can increase so the called cases or decrease. The other tests far as I know they don't test for the virus they test for immune system responses. Infection rates does not matter, it's if the person immune system response works correctly.
