I find Goo-B-Gone works well for duct tape residue, tree sap, AND some massage oils.

Ugg, yeah. I had Linda a few weeks ago too and same thing, on the flip she grabbed a different oil and was greasing me down like a pig on fair day. The only muscle knot I have on the front is pretty localized, unnecessary. I used half their soap in the shower before I gave up. Stuff they use in your back would be fine.

Strange... were they busy? (You can tell by the number of shoes at the door and the empty staff room.) Usually Linda plays the role of "Manager/phones/receptionist" (She shouldn't answer the phone- her English is terrible!) But if they are busy she will take a walk-in and still try to multi-task- much to the detriment of business! Always book an appointment! As far as oil- I've never experienced them using a different oil. They usually come in with one bottle and use it throughout the massage. If you weren't there for their Canola Oil Days you have nothing to complain about! And I've always gotten the time I paid for- sometimes more.

I still think they use canola oil but you can ask them to use coconut oil.. haven’t tried it yet because I always forget to ask before hand.. Also, Wendy is always my go to masseuse never disappoints for over 2 years for me..

You can (or at least I can) tell canola oil by the smell- they don't use canola oil any more. Wendy does tend to be generous with any oil. And although she gives an excellent massage, I'm not that into the DIY option.
