Cheap or not Cheap is not specific enough.......

To someone $30/30 mins is a good deal but for someone else, it may be too expensive......

Small update...

I was driving by after work and gave Blue Star at 2530 Eglinton East another try. Got a girl named Susan, thick Chinese accent, enough English for small conversation, 5'5" or so and slim. No extras other than finish and was annoyed that I even asked. Paid $30/30min door + $10 finish. She wanted $20 but reading a previous post I gave it a try and said I only had $10 which was fine. It wasn't worth it. Massage wasn't anything special and rushed, I flipped after 10 min, she kept leaving the room to answer the phone and after 5 minutes on the front she was getting annoyed and wanted me to finish.

I gave this place another try and it wasn't worth it so that's the end of that.
