I am travelling first time for a week to Beijing early October.
Though I have quite a lot of experience with the business in USA, Germany and Argentina, I am an absolut beginner with China/Beijing.
Would therefore welcome any really helpful and recent reports/tips, especially some that go beyond the usual tourist info (like "hang around the Hard Rock massageplanete, Lido etc.). There must be more, e.g. whole night escorts for a reasonable price, GFE with girls at dance clubs/discos who are willing to go to your hotel etc.ALso, how about group sex and gangbangs? - Does anybody have experience in BEijing in one of these, if so, do you have a contact info?

China adopts law to penalize offenses against public order



The Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress (NPC) passed a law on penalties for offenses against public order Sunday, which cover streetwalkers, pimps and football hooligans for the first time.

The law is to replace a set of regulations of the same nature promulgated 25 years ago.

"The phenomenon of streetwalkers or pimps soliciting customers for prostitution in public places, especially the streets, has become a serious problem. Relevant people deserve to be punished as the phenomenon has gravely eroded social values and affected public order," said Yang Jingyu, chairman of the Law Committee of the NPC Standing Committee.

There was no provision on this specific issue in the previous regulations.

According to the law, to take effect as of March 1, 2006, a person will be detained for a period less than five days or fined a sum below 500 yuan (approximately 61.65 US dollars) if he or she is found of finding customers for prostitution in public places.

The 119-article law, a guide on issuing penalties on offenses against public order, also contains provisions on penalizing football hooligans and other offenses.

Meanwhile, it has removed the clause of forbidding "begging activities of vagrants" that disrupt public order and infringe upon the right of the person and a few others in the previous regulations to conform with spirits of modern public administration, says a law expert.

Legislation on penalties for offenses against public order is considered to be closely linked with interests of the people. In 2003 alone, Chinese police handled 5 million cases in this field, involving more than 10 million people.

HIV Carriers Rise in Beijing

311 people were found to have been infected with HIV in Beijing during the first seven months this year, an increase of over 53 percent over the same period last year, the Beijing News reported Thursday.

Beijing's Centre for Disease Prevention and Control said 54 new AIDS cases were reported during the period, an over 42 percent increase year on year.

As of July 31, the total numbers of HIV carriers and AIDS patients reached 2,226 and 289 respectively in the capital.

The reason for the increase was partly revealed during a visit by Beijing's Vice Mayor Niu Youcheng to the Chaoyang district on Wednesday to inspect the AIDS/HIV situation.

The district governor Guan Sanduo said most vending machine to distribute condoms are designed to be as unobtrusive as possible at recreation facilities and campuses.

He also said there are challenges faced by drug addicts in obtaining clean needles.

Along with drug abusers, he noted homosexuality and women working in recreational venues are also the groups at the high risk of being infected with the deadly disease. And he said the Chaoyang district will try to mobilize them to have voluntary HIV counseling and testing.

Prostitution is illegal in China, but it's not strictly enforced. You do hear about prostitutes going to jail, but that's extremely rare. The big KTV's all make payoffs to be left alone and the same with the chickenhouses. If you do see pros in jail, they will almost always be freelance girls who ticked someone off. As for pimps getting the death penalty, that's also extremely, extremely rare. That only happens when they're convicted of actually selling people and stuff.

As for prices, it varies, and it varies a lot. Girls can be had for as low as 50RMB, or as much as 10,000RMB and sometimes much more. It all depends on what you're looking for. On average though, if you go to a chickenhouse, it's 100-150RMB for a 30 minute quickie. You can find streetwalkers for anywhere from 50RMB-200RMB ST. If you go to KTV, it's around 600-2000RMB for an all nighter. The higher numbers reflect both the quality of the establishment and also it's location. For example, I'm based out of Guangdong. In Shenzhen, a night with a girl from the best KTV in town will cost 2000-2500RMB depending on the girl. If you go out of the city and go to Dongguan to a smaller establishment, you can usually get a girl for about 600RMB all night.

I get the feeling though, that a lot of you guys are just interested in the cheaper places. Personally, the chickenhouse places aren't my bag and I can't do streetwalkers. I just feel too stupid trying to pick up a hooker on the street. That's no slight on you other guys who do it. It's just not for me. I've basically been going to versions of KTV since I was 23 and that's the scene I'm familiar with. KTV though, is expensive. BTW, girls hanging out in disco clubs are the biggest rip off in all of China. Even in Shenzhen, they'll ask you for stupid amounts, like 3000RMB hoping to hit the sucker jackpot. The smart guys go out the back and find someone for 150RMB.

Also i am not sure about this, but from my experience chinese girls have more proud then thais or fils.

Stayed at the Kepminski Lufthansa Center. At night, around 9 to 10PM, you will find at the entrance to the Friendship Store several young ladies, some very attractive to go with. The price is negotiable. I paid 600 Rmb for two hours with a lady of 28 that I would rate as an 8 or 9. You have to pass the guard at the hotel lift, which is easy if you look confident and a little bit aggressive. In my case, the lady did not want to go alone upstairs...

I find myself heading to PRC in September for a working tour of HK, Shanghai and Beijing. So I was thinking that whilst I am there living large I may treat myself to some after hours fun.

My plan is to hook up with two lovelies for a night in at the hotel for 4 or so hours of fun. Either a couple of EE beauties or some VERY georgeous Chinese ladies.

I was recently in Beijing and stayed at the Holiday Inn Lido, near the airport. The bar in the hotel, Pig and Thistle had many beautiful ladies. I met several and ended up with one from Mongolia. Hot lady and fun.

I own a company in the Philippines and am an American. I am thinking of doing some biz in Bejing. Why is it so expensive! I've never paid 100usd in my life. Countries less expensive that I've been include: columbia, costa rica, inonesia, thailand, vietnam I think, and the Philippines.

What's up with this? How can a babe from a club in thailand or the Philippines cost only 27USD as compaered to the 120.8240 usd in Bejing.
