Chronic headaches
Linda I just wanted you to know I had my client try this technique for just a few minutes at first while I was there. And he said it did relieve some pressure. He said he gets a lot of headaches around his eyebrows. But I think this may help relieve the tension and I bet that is what it is.
So hopefully he will keep lowering his head off of a surface in between sessions and that should help.
Thanks for the great advise.
I reread everybody's comments before I went to see them. I think that helped it gave me a little more confidence and I felt like I was workiing smarter not harder for once.
Thanks Linda B. thanks everybody!!
Trish
PS. I will see him in 2 wks. so I will know then just how well it worked!!

PS--- a self help techniques that helps some of my clients with chronic headaches is to lay flat on their mattress with their head very slightly off the edge ---- so that the weight is on that occipital ridge. If they can stand it for 10-15 minutes, it can be the trick that relaxes that muscle. It could be homework for STRESSMAN.....
