So...it's been awhile, and I am ONE pill into my pack LOL...with covid and all it really has been quiet for me.

I carefully split my pill in 2, so I got two doses out of it. I can say that it has definitely worked for me, I was proudly waving around the old flag pole like the old days. I report no side effects at all. I took the pill at breakfast, and the effects were there for the first day, but not as much the second day. In fact I felt pretty normal, the only difference is that it takes less to get up and it stays up until its time! NIce. Def going to go to some fs places as well!

The doc says 1/2hour, but I find it's more like a couple hours. Your body has to start to feel stimulated in order for the drug to kick in. As long as it's in your blood stream it will keep working. I find the effects can go as long as 3 days.

I find if want fast results chew the dose then swallow and seems to react within 20 min. Then lasts at least daý and half or longer

I’m a 1-1/2 to 2 dayer on 1/2 pill only.
I have typically taken it about 1 hour before a session and it’s worked perfectly for me.
Never hurts to take it early for best effects.

I was hoping for a noticeable difference, but unfortunately for me, Cialis does not seem to affect me any more than Viagra, and that was not working.
First application, with a new very open young Asian, seemed to be an improvement as I got a good enough reaction for fs, but not a hard cock that I was hoping for. Did finish with fs
Next trip was to see a regular, I took 2 to see if there was any difference. Pretty much same result.
Next was a repeat with the little Asian, once again was able to have fs, but lost my erection and finished with bbbj.
Next was a new gal again, as I am trying to increase the anticipation with a new gal. No erection, but finished with bbbj

So far overall my results a not much improvement, but for the price, I will keep trying Cialis. No reaction the next day either. Do get heart burn and it can last for two, three days.
Also with diabetes, it may be a bigger affect for Ed now as my age is also getter up there.

Bit disappointed, but still enjoy time with a responsive lady who enjoys daty, and bbfs cim is still a pleasure I can enjoy

Sorry to hear that, man! I'm about the same age and 1/4 blue pill does it for me. Get a bit of a headache a few hours later. Have you tried a cock ring? It can help you stay harder longer. I use one from time to time because it also increases sensation and I last longer. I just leave it on the table between my legs. On the flip, my regular girls know what it is and what to do with it! (But you have to wait for the flip- if you leave it on for more than 1/2 hour it gets painful!)

Bob, I feel for ya. If you see little to no effect with 20mg, a visit with the doc could be a good thing. Hopefully he/she is sympathetic. Mine is a challenge. If you don't already, it sometimes helps to talk about the impact it has on your life. If they haven't run blood tests, checking testosterone may help. Many guys have low levels as they get older. Unfortunately with diabetes, vascular issues get in the way of maintaining good hydraulics. Good luck.
