If you did not like working there then you should have quit before they fired you. a shame (and sign of the times) that people can bash others online while staying anonymous.

Do your math correctly. Exaggerating to make a bigger point only undermines your credibility.

IF the massuse is fully booked 40 hours a week at $40/hr and 52 weeks a year that equals $83k/year. Not "over 100k". No benefits, no vacation and all clothing and beauty costs are borne by them.
Looking at their schedules, most seem to work 3-4 days a week. That brings it down to $50k-$60k if they are fully booked.

Yes, that's more money than a lot of people are making. No argument there. Is it sometimes a shitty, dead-end job with no prospects? Yup.

Every hour, there's a 45 minute session with 15 minutes to reset the room. So, they only see one client per hour.

Also when manager was a masseuse she was going home with more in her pocket. When she became manager masseuses are going home with less. Her boyfriend being part owner is the one profiting and manager does not mind because “anything I want, owner just buys it”. If she was a masseuse working our wage id love to see how she would feel about the pay after a month of working there. Lol I wish you guys could see how she’s actually like in the back rooms.

She only went home with more tips (because she was/is an all-star) but she was paid the same as all other masseuses. Evident based on how busy she was all the time and virtually no downtime. She loves her job and I could tell during the session (which is why she did really well). You can tell the difference between a masseuse who focuses on the client and one who only cares about how much money they can extract from one client. If you're good at your job and focus on the client experience - the money will come because they will get booked all the time. In the end they're still a business and they still have overhead expenses. From a client's perspective I can see a lot of the money goes back into the business which indirectly helps the masseuses because it attracts more clients. They have bills, rent, renovations (they recently completed major renovations to help the business), contractors for other type of work (they recently created a members portal for clients), marketing, hiring, training, labour costs (which is your $40 for 45 minutes), etc. Running a business is expensive and most businesses run on razor thin margins.

Interesting thread. If nothing else I'm glad there will be some competition for CD. They are one of a kind with the amenities and the girls are mostly gorgeous.

Unfortunately I've essentially stopped visiting as I find the pricing to be outrageous and borderline greedy. They have repeatedly raised the base room fee. I think it's gone from 150 to 180 in 18 months or so.

In the rare instances where some girls try to offer more than the standard amount ($80 now), they usually tell the reception that I (the customer) wanted to tip more instead of making it look like they were offering additional services beyond the standard limit.

I am not saying that any specific establishment has cameras, but many do….
Trouble may come, but only if they are caught. Trouble in many forms also may come due to lack of surveillance too.

Many spas have cameras in the halls to help monitor their girls and room usage. I'm sure they all can record record if they want to so don't be camera shy. I don't think they will sell the video to your SO.

I’m speaking for majority of the girls at dynasty. The manager thinks she’s a pimp and acts like it, she’s dating the owner and because she was a former masseuse before she thinks she can relate to the girls and has what it takes to mange the girls by limiting how much they can make to “eliminate” competition with the girls. The girls are only paid $40 and u only make more if clients decide to tip,(extra $40 to touch over clothes,$60for topless, $80 for no pants AND she literally tells u u can’t ask them for money tho so good luck getting tips without getting fired even tho u follow all the rules) sometimes they know clients are not going to tip and force u to work on them anyways. The owner is actually nice and the girls like owner, the issue is manager. Management needs to fix up no one will say anything because there scared of getting fired so here I am and any girls looking for spa work try spaofeden !! Definitely luxury and the pay is way more respectful.

When did you get fired/leave CD? I'm looking at the schedule and 2 of the ladies I had in mind to see aren't there anymore. One was extremely thick and had a monstrous ass with a very thin waist (def BBL). Looked damn sexy, pretty face too. Saw her before her surgery when she advertised on Leolist.
