Hanging it up till things settle down.

Hobby safely friends. Feeling like land mines out there now. It sounds like things should remain open, but my comfort level isn’t where it should be. I’m not worried being vaccinated and all, but I’d rather not be condemned to the house for cottage for 10-14 days, and plan on going to Florida shortly.

I am thinking the same thing as well but I will visit all my faves before I fold it. I did see two of my faves today. I was thinking of seeing one more tonight at JR but she's all booked up. Looks like lots of guys don't seem to care anymore.
This Omicron sounds like air borne, so we all need to be a bit more careful. Some girls already called in to take a break at some spas. My guess is there will be another lockdown by the end of this month or 1 st week of January.

I was always reluctant to get vaccinated because I wondered what was in it for me. Well, I took the jab against my better judgment and am regretting it. Still wearing a mask and still facing possible lockdown. Not exactly the incentive I was looking for. Life didn't change for the better.

If it didn't get better this year, it won't next Christmas as well. At least I got my ticket to Florida next month and will be looking for property in Orlando. 5-6 months of "normalcy" out of 12 months is no way to live.
