Yeah it is reasonable if you have good connects with the girls (for better rates) else their asking rate is quite high...other expenses are more or less similar for same kind of amenities (on weekdays).

Any ways even if you take any girl for night in any 4 to 5 star hotel in Mumbai it won't cost you less than 15k including all( I generally prefer Ramada for that).

It depends on person to person how much he is comfortable to spend....you can book more luxurious place with some extra cost. or more affordable place with less amenities.
