I am from Western line and never visited Navi Mumbai bars (I'm noob in Mumbai DB/SB/OB scene actually). But have been following this forum for all the wisdom shared. Some of you senior mongers here really are Gems! Hats off.

Yesterday I was in Ramesh. I ask Rupali to dance for 2 songs. For that I gave her Rs 500. After dacing for 6 to 7 mins. she went to another customer. When I call her again she did not come at me. Could anyone please suggest me in Ramesh for 2 songs Rs 500 is less amount ? How much should be the correct amout to be given to girls in Ramesh bar.

Rs 500 for 2 songs is enough in Ramesh during DB ("disco") hours. The girl you chose, Rupali, happens to be one of the most popular DB girls in Ramesh. She has a few regular guests that come in every single night to dance with her. She is an expert at close dancing with her regulars. At the same time, she is a gold digger. I have seen her ditching even her regulars in order to dance for strangers that waved a 2k bundle at her. She danced for me for 500 per song on the ground floor during Orchestra hours, while her drunk regular customer had almost dozed off. She did not want to piss off her regular guy, so she asked me to come the next day at 7pm to enjoy her company exclusively.

The best time to enjoy Rupali's company without any disturbance is before 8pm. Get there early (between 7pm - 7:30pm), ask the steward to fetch Rupali for you; then pay her 500 every 2 songs and enjoy her company until her regulars show up. Note: she will ditch you at some point, so don't be disheartened... that is just the nature of the beast (aka "DB girl").

FRs on the last 2 days of bar hopping in NM - 31st and 1st - I am finally back in the USA. I did not get the time to reflect on the last 2 days of mongering in NM, so here is a brief account.

Part 1/2: 31st December:

1) Magnet OB: I headed out to Magnet around 11:30 on the 31st to meet a cute chick I had connected with briefly in September. She has put on a little bit of weight around her midriff, but still looks super hot. She was busy dancing for a bunch of her regular guests when I arrived. After exchanging pleasantries, she implored me "Dance toh karwao", so I checked with her guy if it was ok with him... he was leaving anyway, so he did not mind. Made her dance on a few numbers over the next 45 minutes until the bar staff interrupted proceedings to cut a cake (at 15 past midnight). Then I headed out to Belapur.
BTW, a lot of the girls were missing from Magnet OB on 31st night. I did not see another cutie I was particularly interested in. The steward mentioned that a number of girls skipped 31st because they were afraid of being "insulted" if no one showered money on them. Weird logic.... but that's how these bar girls think I guess.
The Red Bull was Rs 700... I don't remember what their normal price is, so not sure if I was overcharged due to it being 31st.

2) Star Night OB: The bar was packed when I got there. I managed to reserve a table for 5 next to the stage. I met @pri and @mumbai monger briefly before they had to leave for other destinations. A couple of my favorites were also missing from Star Night.. .same bar girl logic I guess. There were 2 guys seated at separate tables with piles of cash, getting ready to shower their non-dancer eye candies. A couple of other girls that I know walked up to me and informed me that they are leaving because no one will make them dance while these 2 guys are showering money on their muses.
Anyways, I left too for the same reason.. one of these guys with cash was sitting right next to me, so there was no space to make any girl dance in front on me.
BTW, they charged me 600 for a Red Bull... no price raise for me on 31st night (which was surprising).

3) Bebo OB and Star City OB: I moved to Bebo OB, where I found out that they also have a DB ("disco") section that was open late on 31st night. The staff told me they would remain open till 5am. I found Pri in Bebo, but could not get a good seat for myself, so moved to Start City, where the same story was repeated. All the good seats were taken. At this point, I was done hopping. There were 2 chicks waiting for me in Meghraj OB, so headed there with the intention of staying till they close.

4) Meghraj OB: Meghraj OB rocked on the 31st, It was so packed that for the 1st time there. I had to share a table with strangers. The guy next to me stuck up a conversation where he revealed that he had been to Meghraj OB a number of times, but had never managed to get any girl's number or taken a girl out. He expressed his liking for a girl that I had been chatting with and tipping. I introduced her to this guy. She assumed he was a friend of mine. He made her dance on a few songs ; got her number and then left with her at around 3am. He could not thank me enough for setting him up with that hottie, when in reality I had nothing to do with her decision to go out with him - that particular girl is known to go out with customers even on 1st meeting as long as they are willing to pay her price.
In the meantime, I enjoyed scintillating dances by 2 girls that I had specifically come in for. A little competition works well in our favor.... both the girls put in extra effort to get more tips out of me. Meghraj was still rocking when I left at 5:30am.

Part 2/2: 1st January:

Since this was my last night of visiting bars in Navi Mumbai, I decided to check out some of my favorite dancers that I had not met so far on this trip.

1) Heaven6 OB - Reached Heaven6 around 11:30 to find it relatively empty. Heaven6 gets busy after midnight, so I was too early I guess. Only 1 table was occupied at 11:30pm and there were probably 5 girls on the floor. I dancer I came for, got up from her regular spot on the stage, approached my table and wished me a happy new year. I requested a bunch a songs and enjoyed her dance for the next 30 minutes before heading out at midnight.

2) Icon OB - next stop was Icon OB in Belapur, which was also completely dead. I was the only customer there at 12:30am. When I did not spot my ATF there, the steward informed me that she no longer worked there. I messaged her immediately.... she informed me that she now worked at Champagne in Vashi, but had taken the night off. Since I had already ordered a Red Bull, I decided to sit for 15 minutes to chat/tip a couple of cuties. Then I headed out to my favorite OB of this trip - Meghraj.

3) Meghraj OB - It was almost full when I reached there around 1am. There was only one empty seat which I promptly occupied and then proceeded to get a friendly dance competition going between the 2 girls I like there. I had a great time for next 2 hours until I left at 3am.

In summary: I had a good time in Navi Mumbai over the last 2 weeks. I spent a nice evening/night with a OB girl that happened to be in Delhi at the same time as me last week. She is one of the OB girls that I had been chatting/flirting with a few times a week on WhatsApps since my last visit to Navi Mumbai in September. We have good chemistry, which translated in a fantastic time in Delhi. Unfortunately, it is always guaranteed that the bar girls are going to screw up a good thing.... just as this girl did too. I declined to meet her in Mumbai, since I had other plans (and 2 other OB girls lined up for sessions). Left with no choice, I finally had to block her on WhatsApp. If only she could control her greed, she would have eventually made good money off of me. I would have recommended her to others as well, but she lost on the potential money making opportunities due to her short shortsightedness and greed. The lesson here for myself and newbies is that never pay a girl more than the agreed amount, no matter how fantastic the session was.

The other thing is that I realized that this "bar girl" lifestyle takes a heavy toll on the girls mentally. These OB girls are beautiful, but very insecure due to the nature of their work. They have to compete with other beautiful OB girls for every customers money on a daily basis. I came across 2 OB girls in the last 2 weeks that i got very close to. They told me a lot of personal stuff they claim even their mother's don't know about (which I highly doubt). Both these girls had attempted suicide in the past when their "regular" customers finally ditched them for other OB girls. They had "cut" marks on the forearm... I felt the skin to make sure these were real and not created with makeup.... it sounds cruel, but I don't really trust these girl's outlandish stories. Apparently drug abuse is also very common amongst the OB girls that go out with customers.

One of the OB girls also told me a sad story of "revenge" porn. A guy she referred to as her BF, had taken pictures and videos of their intimate time together and then started blackmailing her for money, threatening to send the images/videos to other bar girls. Her family finally persuaded her to go to the police to deter him from causing further damage. The guy is only 22, quite good looking and apparently a scum bag.
The scary part is that this girl has now declared that I am her new boyfriend !!! I blocked her number after that session. Crazy chicks are generally great in bed but totally unreliable outside.

That was only for the 31st night - open until 5:30am.

Officially they are supposed to close around 1:30am, but I visited Meghraj on six different nights over the last 2 weeks and the earliest they closed on a "normal" day was 3am. They are usually open until the last paying customer leaves.

1. Greed and insecurity - yeh wala hum sabke saath hua hai...

What I have observed in my experiences with multiple girls is, the interactions start with a "honeymoon period"... You start feeling that "mere wali alag hai" as she doesnt cling on to you much initially, is eager to please and is submissive to begin with... Once you get over this stage, comes the familiarity stage (family and kids stage).. As they say - familiarity breeds contempt... Here you start exchanging stories (i prefer to let her talk while I keep my stories limited to pure fantasy and imaginations)... You start getting to know her better, her friends, her enemies, her problems, her past and much more... This is where you either get sucked in (kids stage) or blown out... Emotional people get sucked in, experienced people rush out... If you get sucked in, the girl knows you are in a for a long haul so she sucks you dry slowly (kids phase)... But if she realizes you are on your way out (the divorce phase) - she tries to give you the best possible experiences and milk you faster before you move on... How to avoid this?

Keep 1 regular at a place, 2 close ones and 3 acquintances

What we can do about it?

But atleast ensure that when there is someone out there making her days miserable, you can make the hours that she spends with you enjoyable... Respect her, flirt with her, get her to smile...

Part 2/2: 1st January:

Since this was my last night of visiting bars in Navi Mumbai, I decided to check out some of my favorite dancers that I had not met so far on this trip.

1) Heaven6 OB - Reached Heaven6 around 11:30 to find it relatively empty. Heaven6 gets busy after midnight, so I was too early I guess. Only 1 table was occupied at 11:30pm and there were probably 5 girls on the floor. I dancer I came for, got up from her regular spot on the stage, approached my table and wished me a happy new year. I requested a bunch a songs and enjoyed her dance for the next 30 minutes before heading out at midnight.

2) Icon OB - next stop was Icon OB in Belapur, which was also completely dead. I was the only customer there at 12:30am. She was supposed to stay in Delhi for a few weeks, but followed me back to Mumbai with the intention of spending 31st night with me. I declined to meet her in Mumbai, since I had other plans (and 2 other OB girls lined up for sessions). Left with no choice, I finally had to block her on WhatsApp. If only she could control her greed, she would have eventually made good money off of me. I would have recommended her to others as well, but she lost on the potential money making opportunities due to her short shortsightedness and greed. The lesson here for myself and newbies is that never pay a girl more than the agreed amount, no matter how fantastic the session was.

The other thing is that I realized that this "bar girl" lifestyle takes a heavy toll on the girls mentally. These OB girls are beautiful, but very insecure due to the nature of their work. They have to compete with other beautiful OB girls for every customers money on a daily basis. I came across 2 OB girls in the last 2 weeks that i got very close to. They told me a lot of personal stuff they claim even their mother's don't know about (which I highly doubt). I felt the skin to make sure these were real and not created with makeup.... it sounds cruel, but I don't really trust these girl's outlandish stories. Apparently drug abuse is also very common amongst the OB girls that go out with customers.

One of the OB girls also told me a sad story of "revenge" porn. A guy she referred to as her BF, had taken pictures and videos of their intimate time together and then started blackmailing her for money, threatening to send the images/videos to other bar girls. Her family finally persuaded her to go to the police to deter him from causing further damage. The guy is only 22, quite good looking and apparently a scum bag.
The scary part is that this girl has now declared that I am her new boyfriend !!! I blocked her number after that session. Crazy chicks are generally great in bed but totally unreliable outside.
