Can any one suggest good pocket friendly place for enjoying Valentine day in evening with good food and view with my regular muse

I am not sure how you would define pocket friendly, but I would recommend the Rooftop at Yogi Executive. The service is a little slow (which is probably perfect for Valentine's day); the food is good and the view is pretty decent.
If there are other restaurants in Navi Mumbai with better views, I would also love to know about them.

Take her to yeooor hill at thane. Up there is a restaurant (not exotica) some Sai or Shraddha Vihar which has nice private cottages. It’s not very expensive and best thing is give a 100 Ruppe note with first order of drinks and a starter/s and tell him it’s very easy for him to get another one , provided there is no disturbance. The privacy gives you dual opportunity of going romantic or wild. Once I had taken my office muse to Ist floor and a nice blow job was enjoyed since at 6 pm it was already dusk and no one was around. The advantage of that location was u can see waiter approaching from a distance. It being Vday I would suggest private cabin sized cottage.
