Even if you give 500 to girl, bar deduct 40% from it. It doesn't make any difference in OBs whether you shower 20s note or give 500. Other than 40% cut they charge floor charges which is quite low...so in case girl collection is 20k they deduct 400rs as floor charge.

Realised this on this trip. Always used to give cash to girl directly in OB as well thinking that they get full amount. In OB, even when given cash, it is handed over to black coat, who in turn gives a chit. Out if curiosity this time asked the girl (Ashwini in Megraj, would recommend her if you are looking for slight broad 'broad'!!) to show me the chit and it was only for 60%.

Also saw TL69 always handled cash in DB, but asked for bundle in OBs. dms100091 did the same .. Their strategy , which I now follow is, DB girls has ways of hiding without getting deductions so it's worth paying cash, whereas OB girls always declare and blackcoats keep tab like a hawk..

Also by ordering bundles and keeping on table in OB, it gets attention of both coatwalas and girls..

My logic for how much to pay in OB depends on length and type of the song and not necessarily the girl or which bar it is..

As always, to each his own and best part is, all strategies work, as end of the day girl and bar makes money !!

Star night Ob they gave me full 1k change of 20rs. I have a bundle with me now.

Had you used any of those notes to tip a girl, the girl would have received only 60% of the tipped amount after what they call "pack up".

Most OBs do not deduct any cut from the cash/change you order, but deduct 40% from the girl's earnings.

All DBs cut at least 20% from the cash/change you order, even Star Night DB does that (until 10:30pm). In fact they try to force you to take Rs10 notes as "change" during DB hours. If you ask for 2k change during DB hours, you will get 1.6k in change.

3. 40% to bar

Never heard before of stage charges as mentioned by fellow monger in some post.

Also these small charges like bundle etc depend upon girl if she high collection getter then Management decides to wave off and I think whether we give cash from our pocket directly or take change from counter the percentage will be deducted.

Also one more thing if the girl go empty handed the SOBO bars give minimum 500 as take home .

Here also in CBD girls get 300 to 500 if they don't get collection..and on top of it they get travel allowance capped at 600..which SOBO bar doesn't give.

SOBO bar deduct atleast 4% if you call for cash in 10s or 20s.
