Dick burning after massage

I recently had my first massage with a hj (happy ending). Next day I noticed a very mild stinging sensation in my urethra, which has now lasted about 6 days. No discharge. Anyone ever have a symptom like this following a rub and tug? Not sure if I am just being paranoid? Or maybe just a reaction to the massage oil? Any input would be appreciated, thanks.

Urine test for stds and uti’s came back negative. The only real symptom that I have now is a slight tingle in the tip of my dick making me feel like I have to pee more often. Not sure if something is still wrong or if this is all in my head (anxiety)?

My guess is the cream or something must have given you an alergic reaction!!
