Also, I have a friend of sorts who is going to Phuket in January - not really into the beer-bar scene (has a farang GF). Is this somewhere I should recommend to him - I assume the music is house, electronic, techno etc.

What the heck, maybe I should check it out myself next month. But always so short of time...lubbly ladies, MTB black deaths, Hells Bells for one or two drinkd, oh wait, one quick drink at Tiger......you know the rest....

we had a great night out at Club Lime - we had a table reserved (thanks to the guys for that) and arrived at about 11:45pm and the club was just about full.

Ordered a bottle of Absolut and mixers for something like 2400 baht (between 3 of us which works out a pretty good deal) and DJ Nakadia was sat at the table next to us relaxing before her set.

Very nice decor in Club Lime and a good atmosphere was brewing within the somewhat more upmarket crowd. It was quite cool, temperature wise, and the semi-open air layout gives an ibiza vibe.

Dj Nakadia started her set at about 12:15am and the crowd got straight into the Electro House. So good to hear some proper house music at last!

Some pics below - will definately be back - Club Lime fills a gap that Phuket has had for too long.
