And each one references a different check or voucher number. So, each check is a separate charge since each check was recorded as a “business expense”. So, as I said before, that lowers the business income and means less taxes are paid. Trump should have known these are not business related. Should have been a misdemeanour but it’s a felony if they were furtherance of another crime. It is not clear what crime that is. It might be violation of election laws and campaign violations.

Ultimately this is the least important legal risk coming Trump’s way. What this does though it to pave the way for other indictments as they wouldn’t be the history making first getting all the negative press.

Yeah, it’s awful to see politicians get away with shit. I’d love to see Hillary and Biden get time. But, you expose their crimes and leave it up to the voters to vote them out.

If you lock up your opponents, every time there’s a majority, the opposition will always have charges laid against them, jailed, or worse. Putin and other dictators have killed their political opponents.
