Drug Cartels and the players?

I find it difficult to figure out. I just read an article that claims there are 6 major cartels in Mexico. I didn't know this.

Recently Arturo Beltan Lleyva was killed and they are reporting he was a whale and high up with the Beltran Lleyva cartel, that I did not know existed until he died.

I do know that in early 2007 the Zona Norte drug trade was controlled by the massageplanet, but by March of 2007 the Chapos took over that part of the city.

So who knows all the drug cartel running the show in Tijuana?

I hear different things all the time. Currently in the news they say "El Teo” broke away from the Arellano Felix cartel a while ago and has waged war with the cartel leaders in Tijuana along with the TJ police for capturing and killing a few of his top men.

I also read that some kind of truce was made between the waring cartels and that's probably the reason we haven't heard about too many killings the last few months, except now 'they' say the truce is over. The US DEA of course has been warning the businesses, bridges, and even civilians will be targeted in the near future in Tijuana.

Of course our own government has been warning us about right-wing home grown terrorist attacks in the US too, but we haven't really seen that yet, unless you count Ft Hood?

So I want to see from any "experts" on this sex forum on what you know about the drug cartels in Tijuana right now. Perhaps some of you are in the 'Loop' and knows what is going down right now, or what will go down in the near future.

I read a few things, but I don't try to keep up with what the drug cartels are doing, because I haven't seen them hit any mongering destinations yet, or bother mongers.

Perhaps some of you know who the local gangs in the US the drug cartels are recruiting, as I recall a monger brought up the " Barrio Logan " gang from San Diego, and how they were operating in Tijuana on behalf of the drug cartels.

So what do some of you mongers know about the drug cartels in Tijuana, and what the future holds?
